Papen Memorial Roadway, east of the Alameda Street intersection, will have shoulder work for two days beginning Thursday, March 30, for Comcast telecommunications improvements. Motorists wanting to avoid any possible delays should seek an alternate route. Access to businesses will be maintained during the construction.
