Torrance Refinery Barrier Testing 
The Torrance Refinery will be testing the street closure barriers on Crenshaw Boulevard. They will be testing the barriers today, Wednesday, March 29, 2017.
During the testing, Crenshaw Boulevard will be closed between Del Amo Boulevard and 190th Street from approximately 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.
Del Amo Boulevard overpass will be closed between Crenshaw Boulevard and Maple Avenue from approximately 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
The barriers will be tested to ensure proper function and to coordinate specific maintenance activities associated with the mechanics of the system.
To help ensure driver and pedestrian safety during the testing, the Torrance Refinery has coordinated these activities with the Torrance Police Department. Public Safety Officers will be stationed appropriately to help re-direct traffic during this time.
