On 03/30/2017 at approximately 12:00AM a caller reported that a semi on the side of the interstate had caught fire. Within minutes, the semi was fully engulfed. After crews arrived and put the fire out, it was determined that the semi had been abandoned.
Interstate 65 near this area is currently down to one lane of travel for north bound traffic.
