Lambertville Man Indicted for 2nd Degree Arson
Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III, announced the indictment of Kenneth F. Bacorn, age 52, of Lambertville. On March 23, 2017, Mr. Bacorn was indicted by a Hunterdon County Grand Jury for Aggravated Arson, a second degree crime, and Criminal Mischief, a fourth degree crime.
On January 19, 2017, Mr. Bacorn was arrested and charged with Aggravated Arson and Criminal Mischief in connection with a fire that occurred on Barry Road in West Amwell Township
The filing of a criminal complaint is merely a step in the criminal justice process. The defendant is presumed innocent until the matter is resolved in a court of law.
