Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III, announced the indictment of Frank A. Disbrow, age 47, of Washington, NJ. On March 30, 2017, Mr. Disbrow was indicted by a Hunterdon County Grand Jury for 3rd degree Burglary, 4th degree Theft, and 4th degree Criminal Mischief.
On January 17, 2017, Mr. Disbrow was arrested and charged by the Clinton Township Police Department for theft and damaging property valued at over $500. The crime occurred in Clinton Township.
The filing of a criminal complaint is merely a step in the criminal justice process. The defendant is presumed innocent until the matter is resolved in a court of law.
