Police request your assistance in locating a victim of an apparent kidnapping. The victim is Cristian Escutia, a white male of Hispanic descent, born April 10, 1997. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. He was last seen yesterday evening at his residence in the Old Northeast area of Kansas City.

Witnesses said they observed him being forced into a vehicle by unknown subjects. The vehicle left the area at a high rate of speed. The vehicle is a light blue Chrysler Pacifica, unknown year, unknown license plate. It looks like the one pictured.
