Deceased Occupant from Earlier Crash Identified
Sullivan County— Indiana State Police and Sullivan County Coroner Mary Ann Dudley have identified the deceased occupant from an early morning crash on April 4, 2017 near 11555 South Old US 41.
The deceased is 27-year-old Justin D. Young of Vincennes, IN.
Family has been notified.
The surviving occupant, 25-year-old Samual Alan Mack (correct spelling) of Vincennes, IN. remains hospitalized at Terre Haute Regional Hospital.
The investigation into the crash is still ongoing and anyone with information in this case is urged to call investigating officer Master Trooper Polly Blackburn of the Putnamville Post at 765-653-4114.

Under the Law, criminal charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
