* At 230 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms moving north from southern New Jersey. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Rainfall rates of up to one inch in one hour are possible.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Newark, Jersey City, Paterson, Elizabeth, Passaic, Bayonne, Wayne, Hoboken, Plainfield, Bloomfield, Hackensack, Linden, Orange, Bergenfield and Paramus.
