Full Notification

On April 3rd 2017 at 2319 hours, Swanton Village Police were dispatched to 2 Abenaki Acres, Swanton, for the report of a fire on the front lawn of the residence. Investigation revealed that the items on fire were stolen from inside the occupied residence of 2 Abenaki Acres, and set on fire in the yard by David Bruley (32) of Swanton. Bruley was charged with Burglary and Arson; and is due in Franklin Superior Court Criminal Division on April 10th, 2017 at 1300 hours.
