Arrest: 40 year old female, resident of San Jose
Charges: Battery
Officers responded to an assault that occurred following a non-injury vehicle collision. One involved driver grabbed and struck the other driver. The suspect was cited and released at the scene.

100-blk Bachman Ave
Officers responded to an auto burglary.  A witness reported seeing the suspect break the windows of two vehicles. The investigation is ongoing.

100-blk Los Gatos-Saratoga Rd
Officers responded to an auto burglary. Unknown suspects broke into the victim vehicle and stole several personal items.

Garden Hill/Farm Hill
Arrest:  27 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Stolen vehicle, carrying a loaded and concealed weapon, possession of a firearm by a convicted violent felon
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined that the license plate affixed to the vehicle did not match the VIN number.  Further investigation determined that the vehicle had been reported stolen to the San Jose Police Department, with additional information that the occupants should be considered armed and dangerous. A high-risk vehicle stop was initiated and the driver was found to be in possession of a concealed weapon. He was taken into custody without incident and the weapon was recovered.  Additionally, the driver was determined to be a parolee at large, and was also in possession of methamphetamine. The suspect was arrested and booked at Main Jail.

Officers responded to a report of a motorcycle which had been tampered with.

400-blk N. Santa Cruz Ave
Arrest: 2 male juveniles
Charges: Shoplifting
Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting that just occurred at a local business. Upon their arrival, officers located both suspects running from the scene. Both suspects were cited and released at the scene. The stolen merchandise was recovered and returned to the vendor.

400-blk N. Santa Cruz Ave
Arrest: 64 year old male, resident of Campbell
Charges: Possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia
Officers observed a subject passed out inside of a parked vehicle and initiated contact with the subject. It was determined that the subject was in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. He was cited and released.
