Due to power pole replacement on Palos Verdes Drive North in Rolling Hills Estates and the grand opening of a new grocery store on the corner of Narbonne Avenue and Pacific Coast Highway, traffic is extremely heavy. Lomita Boulevard and Sepulveda Boulevard are better options for east/west travel.
