Dui Arrest Following Accident with Injuries
On April 13, 2017 at 8:17 p.m. Roscoe Police were dispatched to a two-vehicle accident with injuries at McCurry and Love Road. The victims ranging from 14-18 years of age were transported to local hospitals with injuries sustained from the crash including fractured bones and concussions.
Quentin Luff 46 years of age of Nelson, Wisconsin was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and disobeying a stop sign.
Luff’s vehicle was traveling northbound on Love Road where he disobeyed the stop sign at Love and McCurry striking the vehicle of the three Roscoe teenagers who were traveling westbound on McCurry Road.
All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
