Officers responded to a reported fraud. The victim arranged to purchase a vehicle off of a social media site. The seller requested payment in eBay gift cards. The gift cards were sent but the buyer never received the vehicle.

Charges: Embezzled vehicle
Officers located a stolen rental vehicle and identified a suspect. Upon contact, it was determined that the suspect needed medical attention. The vehicle was returned to the rightful owner.

Arrest: 21 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Probation violation
Officers responded to a report of subjects leaving door flyers advertising pressure washing services. Upon contact, one of the involved parties was uncooperative with the investigation. He was found to be on active probation and the probation department authorized a probation hold. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle had been previously reported stolen and recovered in San Jose.

Charges: Drunk in public, outstanding warrant
Officers responded to a report of a recently terminated employee who was behaving belligerently and causing a disturbance. It was determined that the subject was intoxicated and unable to care for himself. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 25 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: Public intoxication
Officers responded to assist Mid-Peninsula Park Rangers with a male subject who was hiding inside of a trash can. Upon their arrival, officers determined that the subject was intoxicated and under the influence. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 32 year old female, resident of Freedom
Charges: DUI
Officers responded to a report from a citizen that an extremely intoxicated female had just driven away. Officers located the vehicle and conducted an enforcement stop. It was determined that the driver was unable to perform field sobriety tests. She was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Charges: DUI
Officers observed a vehicle blocking the intersection and contacted the driver. The driver exhibited the objective signs of intoxication. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.
