Montgomery PD will be participating in Distracted Driving Awareness Week beginning April 24th. 
The Montgomery Police Department will be joining other local agencies to participate in the first ever Illinois Distracted Driving Awareness campaign.
This campaign begins on Monday, April 24th and runs through April 28th and allows over 300 law enforcement/fire agencies to work together to educate motorists on all aspects of distracted driving. We will also be enforcing these laws.
So here is reminder #1. PUT DOWN YOUR PHONE WHILE DRIVING.
