Wayne County – Last evening around 8:50 p.m. Trooper J.T. Burns was west bound on Pottershop Rd., just east of the town of Abington, when he noticed the car in front of him didn’t slow down when they entered a posted 40 M.P.H. speed limit. Burns stopped the car as it entered Abington.
After speaking with the driver, Chastity Pitcher, age 43 of Connersville, Burns became suspicious. Trooper Steven Tipton was nearby and came to assist Burns.
