SCE estimates power to be restored to the traffic signal within the next 2 to 4 hours.
Be advised, on Washington Blvd. at the 5 FWY on/off ramps, traffic is impacted due to high winds and power outage that occurred last night. Traffic can be impacted for several hours. CSO's and ACO's are assisting with traffic control. Consider using alternate routes.
