May the Fourth Be With You! The Civic Center Branch Library at 365 F Street will host a free intergalactic party for children as part of the worldwide grassroots celebration of Star Wars-themed movies on Thursday, May 4, from 4-6 p.m. Games, crafts, prize drawings, and a piñata are part of the fun. Kids are encouraged to wear intergalactic costumes to earn an extra prize drawing ticket. The celebration’s date was chosen as a pun on George Lucas’ Star Wars movie theme, “May the Force Be With You.”
