...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING...
The National Weather Service in Detroit/Pontiac has issued a
* Flood Watch for a portion of southeast Michigan, including the
following areas, Lenawee, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, St. Clair,
Washtenaw, and Wayne.
* Through Friday evening
* Widespread rain will continue across the region through Friday.
Rainfall will be moderate in intensity at times. Rainfall amounts
between 1 and 3 inches are expected, with the potential for
amounts to exceed 3 inches in some localized areas.
* Urban, low lying and poor drainage areas prone to flooding will
be most susceptible. Rises on area rivers, streams and creaks are
expected, with the potential for minor flooding to occur.

current forecasts.
