Napa State Hospital to Test Emergency Horns today at 2pm 
The Department of State Hospitals-Napa ("Napa State Hospital") will test its emergency air horns today at 2 p.m. The horns will be used to warn hospital staff and tenants in the event of an armed intruder. The test will produce approximately 16 horn blasts in under an hour. No action is required during this time.
