Thank you to all who were looking for her. She was located by San Jose PD in San Jose this morning.
On Thursday, May 4th, Desirae Akins, 18 y/o, left her residence in Morgan Hill and walked to the bus stop on Monterey Road at Vineyard Boulevard. Akins was supposed to board a VTA bus headed for San Jose. However, Akins never reached her school in San Jose and has not been seen or heard from since. Akins was last seen wearing an unknown colored top with black and white leggings. Akins is 5’ 5”, 225 lbs., with long brown hair and hazel colored eyes.
AKINS has a history of depression; however, she has not made any suicidal threats and did not appear upset when she left home.
It is unknown where AKINS could be as she has no friends in the area, but may be in San Jose.
