Officers responded to a report of vehicle tampering. The victim discovered that unknown suspects tampered with the ignition to the victim vehicle.

Arrest: 27 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: DUI
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined that the driver displayed the objective signs of alcohol intoxication. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Officers responded to a report of two subjects caught on surveillance trespassing into the victim’s yard.

Arrest: 58 year old male, resident of Santa Clara
Charges: Possession of drug paraphernalia
Officers observed a subject sleeping in his vehicle with a partially eaten burrito. Upon checking the subject’s welfare, it was determined that he was in possession of a methamphetamine pipe. He was cited and released.

Arrest: 23 year old male, resident of Campbell
Charges: DUI, reckless driving, exhibition of speed
Officers conducted an enforcement stop on a vehicle that was observed speeding, cutting off other drivers, and using the emergency brake to lock the wheels. Upon contact with the driver, it was determined that he displayed the objective signs of alcohol intoxication. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Los Gatos Blvd/Lark
Arrest: 43 year old male, resident of North Carolina
Charges: DUI
Officers responded to a report of a possible drunk driver. Upon locating the vehicle, the driver was found to be passed out with the vehicle in reverse. it was determined that the driver exhibited the objective signs of alcohol intoxication. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 35 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: Resisting arrest, DUI with priors, assault on an officer
Officers responded to a report of a subject sitting in his vehicle drinking alcohol. Upon arrival, the driver became uncooperative while stating he did not want to go to jail. The driver then assaulted the officer by using his vehicle door to push her out of the way. After overcoming his resistance, officers affected the arrest and he was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Charges: Parole warrant
Officers conducted an enforcement stop and found that the passenger was a wanted felon. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 33 year old male, resident of Roseville
Charges: Driving on a suspended license
Officers responded to a report of a vehicle causing a disturbance. A traffic enforcement stop was conducted and the driver was determined to be driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released.

Arrest: 25 year old male, resident of Los Gatos
Charges: Drunk in public
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious subject who had entered an establishment, startled some employees, was escorted out, and was seen urinating outside. Upon their arrival, officers determined that the subject was too intoxicated to care for himself. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.
