Franklin County Man charged with 5 counts of Indecent Exposure after numerous calls
Beginning on May 5 through May 13th, the Nash County Sheriff’s Office received phone calls on five (5) separate occasions in reference to a white male subject standing on the shoulder of US 64 Westbound at the 448 mile marker. In each of these calls, the male subject was completely nude with the exception of wearing a mask. Callers stated that the suspect was flashing passing motorists as they drove by. In each attempt, Sheriff’s Office personnel were unable to locate the suspect as he had fled the area prior to our arrival.
Through diligent investigative efforts, a suspect was identified. On today’s date, the suspect, Bobby Lee Marshall of Louisburg, came to the Sheriff’s Office to be interviewed and was subsequently charged with five (5) counts of Indecent Exposure and placed into the Nash County Jail under a $1,250 secured bond.
