Wind Advisory until 07:00PM 
...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM THIS MORNING TO 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING... The National Weather Service in Kansas City/Pleasant Hill has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from 11 AM this morning to 7 PM CDT this evening.
* TIMING...Winds will increase after sunrise, and are expected to be strongest during the afternoon hours. Any brief breaks in cloud cover this morning will also result in a very quick increase in wind gusts.
* WINDS...Sustained south southwest winds of 25 to 35 mph are anticipated, with gusts up to 45 mph.
* IMPACTS...Small or light outdoor objects could be moved. High profile vehicles will be difficult to drive, especially on east- west roads. Tents or canopies are vulnerable to being tossed in this type of wind, potentially causing damage or injury.
