Greetings All Media & Public that are Nixle Subscribers:

The Indiana State Police began transitioning away from Nixle in April and has been simulcasting releases on both the Nixle and the Granicus GovDelivery platforms since mid April.

Simulcasting of news releases will END at 11:59 p.m. TODAY, May 19, 2017.  After this date the Granicus GovDelivery platform will be the primary service used to distribute Indiana State Police news releases.

Citizens and media outlets that want to continue receiving news release information from the Indiana State Police should follow these instructions to subscribe to the Granicus GovDelivery Service:

• Visit the Indiana State Police website at http://in.gov/isp/
• Once at the ISP Site you will see an overlay on the website with the ISP Door Shield Logo and the words “Stay Connected”
  • Enter the primary email address where you would like to receive ISP News Releases
    • This process can be completed for as many email addresses as desired
  • Follow the intuitive prompts to complete registration and select any or all of the ISP locations from which you want to receive ISP News Releases
  • You will receive a confirmation email from GovDelivery if your setup was successful
  • The overlay will be in place until May 19th, after that date look for the permanent "Stay Connected" subscription box on the ISP website
• ISP will continue to issue simultaneous releases on both the GovDelivery and Nixle platform until 11:59 p.m. on May 19, 2017
  • After 11:59 p.m. on May 19^th ISP releases will ONLY be issued on the GovDelivery platform
• If you have ANY problems signing up for GovDelivery, please call the GovDelivery support phone number 800-314-0147 during normal business hours Monday thru Friday, Eastern Standard Time, and tell them you are trying to subscribe to the Indiana State Police GovDelivery account
• Share this message with anyone else you think has an interest in receiving ISP news releases direct to their email address or cell phone number, and they can set up their own account preferences

Please remember, you should keep your Nixle account ACTIVE to continue receiving information from other public safety agencies that use the Nixle Platform.  The information in this notice is specific to the Indiana State Police transitioning from Nixle to GovDelivery.
