The National Weather Service in Huntsville Alabama has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
Jackson County in northeastern Alabama...
Northern Madison County in north central Alabama...
Southern Lincoln County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 630 PM CDT

* At 554 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Harvest to 7 miles northeast of Grant, moving
northeast at 50 mph. This line of storms has a history of
producing winds in excess of 50 mph and producing wind damage
across Madison County.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
Northern Huntsville, Scottsboro, Fayetteville, Moores Mill,
Meridianville, Hazel Green, Hollywood, Skyline, Gurley and Section.

Instructions:

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Large hail and damaging winds and continuous cloud to ground
lightning is occurring with these storms. Move indoors immediately.
