We need your help ID'ing 2 attempted kidnapping suspects in the East Lancaster Area 
We need your help with a very scary situation!
On Monday May 5th, 2017, 2 men attempted to kidnap a 14 year old female (victim) from the south-west corner of 27th Street East and Avenue. J. The driver (SUSPECT-1) was driving a late 90’s to early 2000’s black colored Honda 4 door sedan with tinted windows. The first digit of the plate is 5. Suspect-2 was the front passenger. The victim stated the driver (S-1) had a heavy Hispanic accent. The victim has also observed Suspect-2 at the Tierra Bonita Park on one occasion, three weeks prior to this incident.
The suspects:
SUSPECT-1: MALE HISPANIC, 30-35 YEARS OLD, 5’8”, 160LBS, BALD/SHAVED HEAD, SILVER STUD EARRING IN LEFT EAR WITH A HEAVY HISPANIC ACCENT
SUSPECT-2: MALE HISPANIC, 30-35 YEARS OLD, BROWN HAIR (SPIKED/FLAT TOP HAIR STYLE), SILVER STUD EARRING ON LEFT EAR

While this has been an isolated incident, we do ask that you use caution, especially if you live in the area. As always, this is a great time to remind your children about stranger danger and encourage them to walk home from school in groups of friends.
