Wilshire Crime Alert-Elder Abuse
#LAPD: Los Angeles Police Department and Wilshire Division Detectives are asking for the public’s help in providing any information that would lead to the arrest of a suspect involved in an assault in the Wilshire community.
On May 22, 2017, around 8:30 a.m., an elderly victim kicked and punched multiple times on La Brea and Oakwood. The suspect then fled on foot, northbound on La Brea Avenue from Oakwood Avenue.
Suspect is described as a Transient male/black (light skinned), white/grey hair, grey eyes, stands 6 feet tall, weighs150 pounds, approximately 40 years of age.
