The Rutherfordton Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the owner/operator of the motor vehicle shown in this image. This is the best image taken from the video footage.

The Rutherfordton Police Department is investigating a Tampering with a Motor Vehicle case that occurred on May 20, 2017 at around 6:30pm at Rutherford Regional Medical Center. The vehicle shown in the photo is believed to be the suspect vehicle.
