Traffic Advisory for the areas around Southwestern College. Expect heavy traffic due to Commencement ceremony today. 
SOUTHWESTERN COLLEGE POLICE advises you to AVOID East "H" St. and 900 Otay Lakes Rd. due to heavy traffic congestion.
Motorists are advised that traffic will be heavy surrounding the ceremony location and to please plan accordingly. Attendees are advised to arrive early to obtain parking. NOTE: for those attending the event at Southwestern College: due to construction there are detours on campus and parking is limited. Please allow adequate time to enter the college and find a parking space.
The Commencement ceremony at DeVore Stadium will cause significant traffic delays and other traffic related issues.
Suggested alternate routes: Olympic Parkway and Bonita Road.
