State troopers conducted a traffic stop in the area of US 287 and Harmony Road. A black male approximately 6'4" 240 pounds fled the scene heading Southeast into a heavily wooded pasture. Subject has a lengthy criminal history and is possibly wanted out of Colorado. Residents should call law enforcement immediately if spotted and not try to apprehend. Residents should lock all doors and not leave keys in vehicles.
