15900-blk Los Gatos Blvd
Arrest: 51 year old male, resident of Campbell
Charges: Drunk in public
Officers responded to a business on a report of a subject seen stumbling in the parking lot. Upon their arrival, it was determined that the subject was too intoxicated to care for himself. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

16900-blk Farley Rd
Arrest: 32 year old male, resident of Campbell
Charges: Resisting arrest, prowling, outstanding warrants, hit and run
Officers responded to a report of a damaged vehicle left unattended in a resident’s driveway. The vehicle had also collided with a retaining wall. It was determined that the registered owner had active warrants, and methamphetamine was located inside of the vehicle.
At approximately 0808 hours, a resident on Frank Ave. reported seeing a subject in his backyard. Several additional callers reported the same individual walking on the Caltrans property. The subject proceeded to run across Highway 17 multiple times and was ultimately taken into custody in the center median. It was determined that the subject was the registered owner of the vehicle that had been crashed and abandoned on Farley. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

100-blk Riviera
Arrest: 27 year old female, resident of San Jose
Charges: Possession of stolen property, possession of burglary tools, possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia
Officers responded to a report of two subjects that were seen stealing a motorcycle helmet and fleeing in a vehicle. An enforcement stop was conducted on the vehicle. The occupant was found to be in possession of the stolen motorcycle helmet, bolt cutters, shaved car keys, multiple credit cards belonging to other people, methamphetamine, and a methamphetamine pipe. She was arrested and transported to Main Jail. Follow-up is being conducted regarding the second suspect.

Los Gatos Blvd./Nino
Arrest: 30 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Resisting Arrest, outstanding warrant
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle that was blocking a driveway. Upon their arrival, officers encountered a male subject that demonstrated objective signs of stimulant use. The subject was found to have active warrants and became uncooperative while being taken into custody. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.
5/19/2017 1141 hours
100-blk Broadway
Arrest: 34 year old female, resident of San Francisco
Charges: Possession of controlled substance for sales
Officers were advised that the California Highway Patrol had been involved in a failure to yield on Highway 17 that had been terminated due to safety concerns. Soon thereafter, a resident on Broadway reported seeing a suspicious vehicle and observing a male subject flee into the wooded area. An associated female informed the resident what had just happened, but then left the area. Officers located the female and determined she was on active probation. A search yielded methamphetamine and items indicating narcotics sales. She was arrested and transported to Main Jail. The male driver is still outstanding and follow-up will be conducted by the CHP.

Officers responded to a report of an aggravated assault. The suspect and victim were involved in a physical altercation which escalated into an aggravated assault. Follow-up is being conducted.
