UPDATE: the leak has been stopped and south bound Cleveland will open to 1 lane within the hour///4" gas main actively leaking in the area of 4th & Lincoln/crews are working on it/will be done by 3pm/keep windows and doors shut to keep the smell outside/do not call 911 unless you have an emergency.
