The Santa Ana Police Department publishes call for service information at CrimeMapping.com . This website is updated daily. Recently, the Department changed its computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system. As part of the that transition, the link between the CAD and CrimeMapping.com stopped working and had to be rebuilt. That is now completed and this service has been restored. Members of the community are able to view information from the old system as well as the new (including the period while the link was down).
