On Saturday June 10th the Morgan Hill Police Department used social media to get the word out about an attempted sexual assault that occurred at the Shell Gas Station located at 810 East Dunne Ave. At 5:00 pm with the help from the public as well as other law enforcement tools the suspect was identified as Richard Dollarhide 27 from Morgan Hill. Suspect Dollarhide was later taken into custody and booked at the Santa Clara County Jail for attempted sexual assault, kidnapping, false imprisonment and a parole violation.
