SEVERE STORMS POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING 
Warm and muggy today with an increasing chance of thunderstorms this afternoon/evening. Some storms may become severe with gusty winds and large hail as the primary threats. In addition, any storm may produce brief periods of very heavy rain, especially heading into tonight. Eastern Upper Michigan and the Tip of the Mitt would see the greatest chance for any severe weather today through tonight.
