Police are looking for 57-year-old Roberto Ruiz, who was last seen about 8:30 a.m. today near 34th and W. Coleman. Mr. Ruiz has a developmental disability and walks slowly.
Mr. Ruiz is an Hispanic male with brown eyes and black hair. He is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a light tan jacket with dark blue or black jogging pants.
