Officers responded to a report of a vehicle tampering. The victim observed a male subject making entry into her vehicle. The suspect fled and it was determined that nothing was taken from the vehicle.

Officers responded to an armed robbery at a retail location. The suspects entered the pharmacy while armed and stole medications. Investigators worked with other jurisdictions to link the suspects to other armed robberies. The suspects were apprehended later the same evening and booked into Main Jail.

Officers responded to a reported shoplifting. The suspects entered a business and stole baby formula. Follow-up is being conducted.

Arrest: 21 year old male, resident of Gilroy; 21 year old male, resident of San Lorenzo
Charges: Battery, drunk in public
Officers responded to a reported disturbance involving approximately 20 subjects. Upon their arrival, a victim was located on the ground with injuries. The suspect was arrested and transported to Main Jail. A second subject involved in the fight was determined to be intoxicated and unable to car for himself. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 40 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Hit and run, DUI
Officers responded to a hit and run collision involving a vehicle that had hit a fire hydrant and fled. The suspect vehicle was located nearby. The driver exhibited the objective signs of alcohol intoxication. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.
