The Enid Police Department has been notified by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections that Andrew Leeman Quade Knight has been classified as an “Aggravated” Sex Offender. Whenever a sex offender, classified as “Aggravated” or “Habitual” moves into a residence, the police department of that jurisdiction is required by state statute to notify the citizens of that neighborhood.
