Beginning Friday evening, June 16th at 7 p.m., and continuing through Monday morning, June 19th, at 6 a.m., the following lane restriction and closures will occur while concrete pavement repairs are made:
• The ramp from I-77 southbound to I-76/Kenmore Leg will be CLOSED. The detour will be I-77 southbound to I-277 westbound.
• The ramp from SR 261/V. Odom Blvd. to I-77 southbound will be CLOSED. The detour will be Hawkins Ave. to Morse St. to East Ave.
• I-77 southbound between SR 261/V. Odom Blvd. and I-76/Kenmore Leg will be reduced to one lane.
This work is part of a $2.2 million project to make concrete pavement repairs on I-77 between I-76/Kenmore Leg and SR 261/V. Odom Blvd. The entire project is scheduled to be completed by August, 2017.
