The SPPD is requesting assistance from the public with identifying 2 suspects in a Larceny and Fraud investigation. 
The Southern Pines Police Department is requesting assistance from the public with identifying 2 suspects in a Larceny and Credit Card Fraud investigation. The credit card was stolen from a residence in Southern Pines and fraudelently used on May 6, 2017 at Target in Fayetteville, NC and at Lowes Home Improvement in Sanford, NC. The first suspect is an African-American female wearing white clothing and a black and white hat. The second suspect is an African-American male wearing all black clothing with an Addidas logo on the shirt.
