* Until 730 PM EDT
* At 523 PM EDT, a band of heavy rain showers moving over the area will cause cause minor flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
* Rainfall rates of around 1 inch per hour have been observed with this activity.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Paterson, Passaic, Wayne, Bloomfield, Hackensack, Orange, Bergenfield, Paramus, Ridgewood, Rutherford, Nanuet, Ramsey, Dobbs Ferry, Caldwell and Tappan.
