* At 1223 PM EDT, Excessive runoff from a slowly northeastward moving area of heavy rain will cause minor flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots in the advisory area.
* Rainfall rates of around one inch per hour have been occurring with this activity.
