Farney Lane from Apollo Drive to El Paseo Road will be closed to through traffic beginning this week. The closure will last until October while MANS Construction, under contract with the City of Las Cruces, reconstructs utilities and roadway as part of the 2015 Legislative Street Rehabilitation project. Access to residences and businesses will be maintained during construction and motorists wanting to avoid possible delays should seek an alternate route. Detour routes around the construction will be in effect. RoadRUNNER Transit will not be affected.
