(Etowah County, Alabama) An Altoona man has been arrested in connection to the theft of a motorcycle, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.

“Ryan Neal Honea, 24, of Altoona, is charged with one count of first degree theft of property and one count of third degree burglary, both are felonies,” investigator Adam Chapman said.

Honea allegedly broke into a garage on Thornhill Road, Boaz, and stole a motorcycle. He told investigators that he was in the process of selling it.

The motorcycle was recovered, in Albertville, and returned to the rightful owner.

Honea was booked into the Etowah County Detention Center on $7,500 bond.
