Tropical Storm Cindy will impact Sabine Co. tonight and tomorrow. Tropical Storm Force winds will arrived around 2:00 am and continue through tomorrow. Rain totals of 3 to 5 inches are expected. Monitor National Hurricane Center and National Weather Service for the latest conditions.
