As part of the work on the South Bay Rapid project, construction crews will be working nights at two Otay Ranch Town Center mall entrances along Eastlake Parkway.

At the North Driveway, work is planned for Thursday, June 22, and Sunday, June 25, through Wednesday, June 28. At the Kestrel Falls entrance, work is planned for Thursday, June 29, and Sunday, July 2. Work hours will be between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.

The work will include saw cutting the pavement and soil excavation to construct the storm drain system. Nearby residents can expect intermittent noise, including truck back up alarms, and lights during the work hours. The entrances will be closed to traffic during construction. Please note, construction schedules are subject to change.

All reasonable steps will be taken to minimize impacts to nearby businesses, residents, and travelers. New water-efficient landscaping and storm water management features will be installed at the completion of construction. We appreciate your patience during construction.
