Flash Flood for our area. 
The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for our area until 6pm. Be alert for high water. We've gotten approximately 1 inch of rain so far today. For East McKeesport in addition to fast moving water is the danger of falling trees bringing down utility lines. Stay away from downed trees and or electrical wires.
