Norwood PD had two incidents (Attempted Burglary & Burglary) on Blanch Avenue, between Livingston & Summit Street. Please be careful! Keep your lights on timers, alarms on and eyes & ears out for our neighbors! Please call us immediately if you see suspicious cars or people in your neighborhood.
