READY, SET, GO! is launching.  It is a new program designed to teach individuals how to better prepare themselves and their properties against wildland fire threats. It is a great easy to understand preparedness tool. 

READY, SET, GO! is also used during evacuations.  It is a checklist of steps to take before, and during an evacuation. It also lists items you should have for an Emergency Supply Kit.

Monday, June 26th 6:30 pm @ National Museum of Wildlife Art in Jackson.  
The Era of MegaFires is a 70-minue, multi-media, traveling presentation.  The presented material comes in the form of fast-moving, short, topic-based talks interspersed with compelling video vignettes. 
The intent of the project is to significantly reduce the amount of loss we are experiencing from Megafires through education, community action, and policy change.
