* Until 1145 PM EDT
* At 850 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Rainfall rates of one inch per hour or greater are being estimated. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Easton, Bethlehem, Hopatcong, Forks, Hackettstown, Wilson, Washington, Blairstown, Nazareth, Bangor, Mount Arlington, Stanhope, Pen Argyl, Netcong, Wind Gap, Bath, Belvidere, Harmony, Oxford and Alpha.
* AFFECTED AREAS: MORRIS ... WARREN
